Shipping & Fulfillment
Most made-to-order items are produced within 7–10 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Preorder Items
Preorder items are not subject to our standard 7–10 business day production timeline. Estimated delivery information will be provided once available, and can vary depending on the product.
Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or an error was made by NEXTPLAY.
Order Accuracy
Please review all personalization details, sizes, colors, player names, and player numbers carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for verifying all information prior to checkout.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Customers selecting local pickup/delivery will be contacted to arrange a mutually agreed upon meeting location.
